I have Don from Support on this as well, but thought it will be interesting to hear what others say and have experienced. This started when the customer wanted to upgrade firmware and got a message “INTERNAL DISC OUT OF SPACE”. This was seemingly resolved by clearing the logged data. Then tried again numerous times with three different USB memory sticks to update the firmware. But every time where it starts to backup the Settings, the message USB DISK OUT OF SPACE comes up. I assume it points to the USD drive I am plugging into it. Two of them from Dynon and on all three I have made sure that only the minimum is on it.
Wondering what else to try? By the way this particular screen also battles to boot up early mornings when it is cold. It gives vertical rainbow colours but does come on eventually.
