USB how to panel mount

I noticed that the USB connector attached to the wiring has tabs for installation. How do you actually install this connector on a panel 3/16 " thick?

The ones we put on our harnesses don't have wings for installation in a panel. Your best solution is to buy something like this adapter and put it on your panel:
