USB Port Failed

I have a D1000 and when in System Admin screen I saw the USB Port disappear. Since then, it no longer sees the USB port. I do not think the hardware has failed. More likely a configuration or software glitch. Is there a fix for this or do I need to send the unit to the factory?

Anyone else go through this?

Not quite sure what you mean when you say "saw the USB port dissapear". If you mean you saw a file listing, and then it was gone, that will happen when the USB flash drive is removed. Did you try to unplug / replug the USB flash drive? Did you try a different USB flash drive? Did you try to use the two USB ports on the back of the SkyView display?
