USB to Serial cable

I am a owner not builder with a 180 and 10 installed and wishing to update the firmware for the first time. Are there better cables to buy that have less issues. I found one at Staples and another at Radio Shack. I will be using a Dell laptop with Windows Vista. I have read some have issues with getting connected so was looking for some advice.

The radio shack one is pretty solid, from what we've heard from customers. We also offer one, which works well for most people just as you install the drivers from our website and not the drivers that come on the disc that comes with it.
