User Data Log

Can someone please tell me what program on the MAC computer I can use to open the data user file and view the data?

Excel or Openoffice would both work fine, although most customers seem to be using savvyanalysis.com which is a free website.

I did download to savvyanalysis, but their program would not upload the User data as it was to big. Was I doing something wrong?

Did you have a .CSV file or a .DFG? The .DFG is a Dynon log and is 512MB. The user logs should be more like 30MB. We've had no reports of issues uploading one to SavvyAnalysis.

I tried just now to load the user data file of 54MB in size to SayyyAnalysis and it is a csv file. I received an error that the file is too big and would not upload. I wish I knew how to load it to you, I would.
Here is the file 2013-04-10-N1243A-5.1.0.1457-USER_LOG_Data.csv it is 56.3 MB

You may have run up against a limit of the savvy analysis site's capabilities. From a quick search, it's not clear what their upload limit is. I've sent a note to them to try to find out.

They have a 50mb limit, but, you can also zip up the log file, which should get it under their current limit. They may also up their limit to accomodate our files, which can go up to about 50MB.
