User Waypoints outside US

Seems User Waypoints in SkyView 2.5 is a feature of the navigation mapping software. If this is so, I am correct in assuming that this feature is not currently available outside the US?

They are just lat/long points, it should work fine anywhere in the world. The only reason the rest of the map is US only is that we don't yet have databases for the rest of the world.
