I have  new  Flight Design CTLS    only 20 hrs TT.
Two Dynon 10" Sky View   SV-D1000 S/N 003393 &003394
SV-EMS-220  S/N 003093.
Two ADAHRS-200  S/N 002193  &  004179.
Garmin MAP 695  and Dynon SV-GPS-250.
Dynon Xpndr -261. Garmin SL40 Radio.
All factory installed.
Original Software was V.3.2.2.
Then upgraded to V7.0 this required Servo Calibration.
AP worked fine in all modes after V7.0 but not quite as accurate as I recall it did with V3.2.2.
Have just installed V.10.
Tracks perfectly. Never had a un commanded Roll as others
describe.
In TRK - Alt it sometimes hold Altitude and other times makes Un commanded climb.
SLIP TRIM NOSE DN [ in Yellow]
or  SLIP TRIM NOSE UP  [ in yellow]
Both have showed when in un commanded climb.
Press  Level button sometimes hold Level other times
un commanded climb.
Sometimes climbs and holds at Pre set Altitude other times
just climbs through.
Aircraft always in trim before pushing TRK-ALT.
AP  settings all as per Default page 8-1.
Pitch set at +2.5 degree.
Was proposing to
Do another Servo Calibration.
Change Pitch to  0.0 Degree.
Change ADHRS Source.
Dynon Support and others.
Any similar experiences and/or  suggestions on how to
remedy please?

Hi Lance, Changing the pitch adjustment or ADARHS source setting isn't likely to affect things. This may be an issue with your servo, or something else, and I think you've been in touch with out technical support staff directly. We'll continue to work your issue over email/phone.

lance,

hi from Rangiora,

A local Dynamic had un-commanded climb when level mode selected.

problem turned out to be the AHRS was not installed within one degree of the aircraft straight and level axis.

the difference ,nearly 6 degrees, caused a climb when level mode selected.

AHRS levelled to with one degree, flight test OK.....

the AHRS may have been installed before the level mode was announced and only causing an apparent problem after the software update.

if you want more info.. email using my name (tec*******) at yahoo dot com.

Definitely different issues, but thanks for the report on that Kevin. I think we've heard from either your or the customer via our support email as well.
