V13 MAP Layers Question

After upgrading to V13, I've noticed that the system does not remember the previous MAP layers selection. I normally fly with the sectional displayed and now I have to re-select SEC on every flight. It used to remember the selection and I never had to re-select. Am I missing something, is there a setting that will fix this, or did this change with V13?

That's an artifact (ie bug) of our newer system that has a little more flexibility to support multiple chart providers, which means it's a little less sure of what layers will be available on boot. We'll have a fix for it in 13.1.
