I would like to confirm which EMS PIN to use with the Van's Tach transducer.
I am using the Van's Tachometer transducer (IE VTACHGEN 2) as the source input signal for both my Skyview and my backup Van's Tach Gage. The Vans transducer has 3 wires, one for ground, one for 12V input power, and the signal wire that goes to the Van's Tach gage.
After reading the Dynon installation manual, I am assuming that I can use the Van's tach transducer signal to provide RPMs to the Skyview system and that the signal from the Van'stach transducer should be connected to PIN 32 (RPM Left Standard) on the EMS D37 connector?
Any input folks have on this topic would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jerry
