We have a problem with right CHT 's information of an EMS-D120 with ROTAX912uls motor. After 15 minutes of flying, it constantly starts to fluctuate from 90º to 124º. Due to this, the motor gets off and oil temperature sensor doesn't dissappear. We  have exchanged left sensor by right one and right CHT sensor still marks fluctuation. So, we have dismissed a motor's problem. In addition, we have updated 5.6 version firmware and the problem continues. Do you know what causes this problem?

Thanks

When you're posting follow-up information to an issue, please reply to the same topic you originally started so we can best track everything.

This is almost definitely a connection problem - likely grounding - or possibly a failing sensor. When you say you swapped sensors, can you explain exactly what you switched? (IE just the sensor positions with the same exact wiring. Or did you disconnect / reconnect the sensors from the harness and move ONLY the sensors). And no matter what you did, did the same displayed CHT show the spike after swap? Or the other one?

If it's the sensor - the actual sensor itself is a Rotax part number that you can obtain from any Rotax dealer.
