VNAV airport/runway combination

Dear Sirs:

I have a SV with AP servos, knob panel, and AP panel. I want to do a approach to a airport and a specific runway with the two possibilities that VNAV menú offers. I have created a flyplan with the last waypoint the runway and the previous a waypoint of the airport. The flyplan has a waypoint in the extensión of the runway.
I fly in cruise altitude with AP run in roll NAV and Pich ALT. I set up VNAV menú airport with 1000 feets above airport at 4 MN and glideslope 2º . I set up runway with 0 feets in threshold of the runway with glideslope 3º.
I arm the VNAV and when the plane has the condition, it pich down reaching 1000 feets 4 MN before the airport . Then I ty to arm again the VNAV to capture the glideslope to runway but it does not work. The horizontal mode in NAV mode run perfectily but I overfly the airport up 1000 feets.

I always capture the glideslope down. I make the route (or flyplan) in EasyVFR app and export it by wifi to SV. All the WP´s shows in the map screen.

I have the same problem. Mine is in an RV-12iS, VFR, no approach box. The VNAV works well to the airport but if I set it to go to a runway at 20 ft above the threshold, it takes me to the middle of the airport at about 1000 feet AGL. It seems to ignore the runway settings and it does this even if I delete the airport setting and just go from FAF to the runway.

Any ideas?
