Hello all,
I have not yet purchased my Dynon device but I'm thinking ahead. I plan to connect an RS232 port to a PC. My intention is to use a USB to Serial adapter on the PC. The adapter however converts the USB into TTL type serial where the 232 voltages are 0 and 5. I know the RS spec has different levels so to confirm ... does the Dynon really use the RS voltage levels AND therefore will not be compatible with the 0 5 levels I currently have?
Thanks.

Dynon Avionics units serial outputs and inputs are "real" RS-232 voltage levels.
