Voltmeter Inputs (D37-1 and D37-2) - hot ok?

I have two independent electrical systems, and would like to monitor battery voltages directly off of the positive terminals. 

Will any harm come to the EMS if it there is power on those two pins, but the rest of SkyView is shut down?  Also, will there be any current draw in that circumstance?

You can have power on these pins at all times if you wish. The current draw will be around 0.2ma with 12V on these pins, even when the system is off.
