What is the ...B-USER_LOG_DATA.CSV FILE?

My data log downloads often have two apparently identical files, one ending in ...B-USER_LOG_DATA.csv, and the other ending in ...-USER_LOG_DATA.csv (no "B").

What is the file with "B" in the name? I can't find an explanation in the version 15 operator's manual.

I believe that's when you save the same data log file twice, or do it twice within a single (UTC) day.
