The most current discussion concerning the wi fi adaptor was in 2014. If I have a two sky view screen system do I still require two wi fi adaptors in order to have a flight plan on both screens if my main one fails? Secondly, does having the Seattle Aviation thumb drive in my main screen cause problems with loading the FP? I know I have to remove the Seattle Avionics thumb drive when loading new FAA or obstacle clearance data into the system.

You do need a Wi-Fi adapter in each display. In addition to the redundancy benefit, there are some architectural reasons it's necessary.

A SkyView display can only see one USB memory stick at a time (although it can see other devices such as the Wi-Fi adapters simultaneously). So if you want to load flight plans from a second USB stick you'd need to remove the SA memory stick, just like you do when updating. You could also just save and load the flight plans right to the SA memory stick.
