Wire Routing

I would like to route the sensor wires from the 37 pin DSAB and the EGT/CHT wires through the same pass-through in the firewall. I seem to remember that the sensor wires shouldn't be routed with power wires, but is it okay to run them with the EGT/CHT wires?

Also, since more than one device uses the 5V excitation, would it be acceptable to use a 9 pin Dsab bus, something like Aeroelectric does with a grounding bus?

Thanks

In order - the grouping will be fine. Sometimes having sensor wires near really high current-carrying wires, and particularly ignition wires, have caused issues. But all of the wires you're talking about are fine.

Not sure exactly what you mean on the second question. If you're asking if you can break out the 5V line using a D-sub connector, that's fine. Just make sure you don't confuse it with the other 9 pin D-subs that are floating around behind the panel.
