Wiring D10A to Ray Allen Trim Servo

All,
Reading through the D10A manual and I realized that you can use the D10A to indicate the current trim setting. The question though is how does this get wired up? The D10A manual makes no mention of the proper wiring and the posts here in the forum seem to be a little vague regarding the D10A specifically.

You must have a Dynon EMS in the plane to do this. It gets the data from there.

As it says in the user manual:

"The elevator trim indicator can only be displayed on the EFIS-D10A if an elevator trim sensor is properly connected to one of the 3 EMS GP inputs,"
