I had the xcom and comm (both dynon Sv) both working in all respects but now everything seems to work except the xcom audio. Vox doesn't seem to be being activated. Upon transmit with the ptt the tx appears in the radio, the comm light goes from green to orange and I hear the sidetone. But no xcom audio. I can hear the slight fuzz sound increase and decrease with adjustment of either the com or xcom volume knobs. I can also hear the Dynon welcome message in stereo as well as ems warnings also in stereo.Tried 3 different headsets in both front and back seats.
Plane is still on ground and has not flown since install, but xcom was being heard before with the same headsets front and back.

I don't think it matters but I have all the leads for a second radio (fl760) ran but not hooked into harness at the fl760 end yet (exactly as it was when it work previously. Also there is a toggle switch for the ptt. (Ptt and switch working properly.

I checked the harness was seated on the xcom, like I said, it's getting power and all the lights seem to working right.

I went into the settings to and played with the settings to but not a hint of sidetone without pressing the ptt. I also returned each value to the factory setting after determining that it had no effect on the current issue of no vox at all.
The only changes that I think May have effected it possibly is that I upgraded from 7.1 or so to 10.1 or .2, whatever was last before the OSH 14 version 11. I also took a wing off and back on so I was messing about in the tunnel where my stick grip terminal board is at, may have pulled a wire but can't find any loose.  Thanks for any help that will help keep me from going pin to pin and checking every wire.

When you hear sidetone with PTT, are you also hearing your own voice? Or just open air sidetone?

When i push the ptt i hear my voice in me headset and see the tx in the window. This is the only way i can hear my own voice at the moment.

So when you PTT, you're hearing audio right from the radio. So there's either a wiring or internal issue with the intercom. If your vox isn't loud enough to break the squelch setting, you wouldn't hear yourself either. Of course, you should be able to turn the squelch knob on the intercom itself to adjust the voice level that causes the intercom to open up. So I'd play with the squelch setting on the intercom, and then check your wiring, and if you come up empty, give our support team a call and they can help you further.
