Is there a way to display the winds aloft on the PFD as the wind direction "TO" instead of a "FROM"

i.e, winds are from 360@15kts versus to 180@15kts

There isn't. The widget follows the conventional wind-reporting convention, which is always in the from direction.

i am starting to notice that, odd. when i gave a pirep to ATC, they indicated they wanted the winds in the "TO" direction


maybe it was just a weird controller

weird controller- in SoCal all my Pireps are winds FROM, they are more interested in the condition of the winds- chop, moderate, etc, and cloud altitudes. Also I think having winds TO would really confuse things as all ATIS/AWOS, and yes even controllers, give winds FROM.
