I’m wondering if my senders are compatable with Dynon. I noticed my existing pressure senders only have a ground and a power lead connection. Do I need to replace the senders to the 3 wire senders with a 5 volt power feed , sensor wire and ground?

No idea what I have but there definitely not Kavlico Dynon senders.
My guess is no since they don’t have a 3 wire connection

Three wires does not make them incompatible. For instance, the Kavlico 100715-000 and 101690-000 have three wires, and they're compatible. You can see how they're wired at:
