Check the classified section on vansairforce.net. They tend to show up there on a regular basis.
Watch out for scammers, somehow they figured out AP 74 modules are in high demand.
“Spookyfish” presents as a scammer, unless im terribly mistaken and the mannerism of a purchase has gone down the tubes. No verbal contact after several attempts and payment method on weird platforms only..
