It would be very helpful (and easy) for SA to make an announcement of the delay/status/ETA. Something on their blog at seattleavionics.com/blog/ or their email list would reassure their customers and reduce customer support inquiries so they can focus on restoring service. Blue Skies!

I contacted Dynon and was at SnF too, but they said "we don't have plans in SkyView for support for it. That's not to say that it won't change at some point with our system, but if and when that might happen, I just don't know. It's not something that we have deemed a great need to do up to this...

I can confirm (via packet sniffing and custom EFB reception code over the past few days) my new Dynon (16.7.2 certified) is not sending GDL90 Heartbeat or Ownship messages over WiFi, although I see Traffic_Report and Uplink messages. And I agree these are required per my reading of the GDL90...
