Thanks for the intel Jake, all valid possibilities but they don’t apply in my case. Antenna is mounted on the top of the aluminum fuselage, harness has a good service loop but I like your connector idea.

I also posted on another thread but I'm having the same issue, GPS Fix Status looks good even while the error is happening. New install, dual screens, not impossible that it's wiring but not likely. I downloaded the log file if that helps, trying to get an answer from the forum before bothering...

I'm experiencing a very similar issue, I checked the GPS Fix Status on my MFD while I was having an issue on the PFD and signal seemed fine. Have you found anything?

Hi Rhino, That was my point, figure 3 showed no specific power circuit for the secondary (MFD) display other than the backup battery connection. This lead me to believe that in this "specific" configuration it would feed power from the network wiring as would the ADHARS, AIRINC, EMS, etc...

I fully agree but the way I interpreted the certified installation diagram that’s how it was unless I misread. That’s what prompted my questioning…
