FWIW - I’m getting close on my harness. I did go ahead and run serial ground from GPS175 to the common/master ground on the HS34. I figured it would do no harm. Now working on the one remaining HS34 connection from my VAL INS422 NAV receiver. Probably be ready to bench test everything with next...
HS34 seems to only have one ground. When hooking serial to GPS 175 per posted schematic how are folks handling ground? I’ve never relied on power ground/airframe for serial cable? Assuming I just run a ground wire from the common/ power ground on HS 34 to the specific RS232 ground on Garmin?

There are two Serial inputs available (Aviation GPS input)
There are two ARINC input sets
But there is one NAVSOURCE button that seems to toggle between NAV and GPS.

I saw on VAF you (Dynon) successfully got Garmin 175 talking to Skyvirw and Advanced. Will it work to feed a D10A/autopilot - how about HSI & CDI/glideslope indicators with or without HS34?
