The antennas they use might not require a separate ground plane. These ( http://www.advancedaircraft.com/ ) are the antenna I used in my composite KIS4 Cruiser. They work great! 8-)

Just under 50hrs and my #4 EGT is acting up. Goes from nothing to working perfect then back to nothing as I fly along. It had worked perfect up until now. 8-)

That would be GREAT! Crossfeed the flight plan from the GARMIN into the SKYVIEW so when you select the approach in the GARMIN, it cross feeds and displays on the SKYVIEW. The best of both worlds. The GARMIN navigation accuracy on the much better SKYVIEW display. We can only wish. 8-)

When I was trying your suggestion I realized the Garmin 430W has TWO ADS-B settings within software Version 5.0, GARMIN ADS-B and GARMIN ADS-B+. I had selected GARMIN ADS-B+. As soon as I changed from GARMIN ADS-B+ to GARMIN ADS-B everything worked perfectly. THANKS! 8-)

OK, let me ask this another way. What angle of attack, as indicated on the DYNON AOA after calibration, is close enough to max L/D to be useful in our type of flying? 8-)

In a SKYVIEW multi display system when you export a flight plan, the file is exported only to the USB thumb drive connected to that display. How about an option that lets you export the file to both USB thumb drives at the same time. I keep a USB thumb drive connected to each display and I can ...

I totally agree. I just flew with V7 today and also found this an issue. Pan and Zoom are the most used inputs on the MAP page. The automatic pop up bubble is extremely annoying since I use Pan/Zoom to see information that is on the MAP display but at a larger scale. The pop up bubble winds up...

How about replacing the ADSB aircraft icons (different circles and triangles) on the map page, with color coded aircraft icons starting at the beginning of the speed vector. Something like this: 8-)

With this idea you don't need the circle since if you were flying over flat terrain the "irregular" shape would wind up being a circle anyways. Also, glide distance on a particular heading, depends on winds aloft. Since the SKYVIEW system is calculating the winds aloft, the "irregular" shape...
