    Hooking up pitot to AOA won't break anything, but also won't enable any speed-sensitive warning. The calibration won't work any different than if it weren't connected to anything at all (your current state).

    The backstory: The USB connector that was on that harness wasn't the most reliable in some aircraft. So we took it off the harness. Then, when we had to do some global supply chain crisis-driven redesign to SkyView HDX last year, we took the USB interface off of that connector entirely.
