    Intercom, Radio panel, Transceiver.

If you have power and ground to the units (both the remote transceiver and the control head, then you will get something on the radio screen regardless of network connections. Sounds like you did a force network load, which just reloads the software for each unit from the Skyview. Even if this...

ILS Glide Slope is alive but no change

I'll preface by saying I haven't had anything to do with the Bob Archer antennas. The paperwork says they are a VOR antenna, horizontally polarized. Assume that your coax from the nav antenna goes to a diplexer (not a splitter) to separate the NAV and GS into the two BNC inputs on the GNS430...

OIL TEMP ERRATIC AND READS HIGH

Did you set your connected sensor up as type 3 on the GP contact you connected it to? The GRT sensor has different resistance values to the original Dynon one. You are correct about the black wire being ground. I would run it back to one of the EIS grounds.

    Activate aux com on HDX

Well, that makes a difference. You have to put the audio into your intercom unit. Put your Superneurone audio HI into pin 17 of the intercom connector, and splice your audio ground into the wire that is currently in pin 1 of the intercom. That should work.

    Activate aux com on HDX

Hi Guy, The alert audio is connected to your Trig radio, not the Skyview. Go into your Trig radio configuration menu as posted by you above, by holding the MON button for two seconds or so. Go to the Auxiliary input volume, and turn it up. You might find that it is set to zero as the default...

    Activate aux com on HDX

You don't say what model Trig VHF you have, But I will assume a TY91 or a TY96 On a TY91, connect your alert audio HI to pin 20 of the main unit connector. If it is a TY96, then connect to Pin 14

Low voltage hdx indicator any advice please random goes low but system is charging fine ok

Your voltage sense and your amps are two different sources giving you the same information. It really looks like your charging system is not working.

MAP and oil pressure failed, crossed out

You are probably right, but it's a nice quick check to eliminate one possibility. Take literally two minutes. That is all we are suggesting. Both Jake and I do this for a living, we have seen a lot of weird faults, and it's best to start with the easy stuff first.

MAP and oil pressure failed, crossed out

I have had a Plane Power alternator cause all sorts of dramas due to stator wiring connections cracking off internally. (it is a big problem with PP alternators) It still worked, but obviously the output voltage was something other than clean DC. Also the amps were jumping around, but so fast...

    High Amps on Transmit

Yes, I've seen an installation where on transmit, all the CHT and EGT's go high. In this case, it was because the VHF antenna coax (even though it was RG400) was run very close to the EMS and EMS wiring harness. Moving the coax away fixed it. I don't think the EMS is shielded very well from RF...

No sidetone when transmitting, sound like a robot on intercom

On your hollow robotic receive audio, are you using a stereo or mono headset? Sometimes a mono headset in stereo jacks will cause some weirdness.

No sidetone when transmitting, sound like a robot on intercom

Just to check, have you adjusted the sidetone on the X25 COM? It might be set at zero. Sidetone is a product of the radio during transmit

    Float Plane Yaw

Ah, ok so it is trying. I am guessing that if you roll the aircraft without the AP (a normal turn), it takes some rudder to prevent the slip. I have no experience flying the S7 or any floatplane, however I expect the floats have a fair bit of say in wanting to go straight, and a banked turn will...

    Float Plane Yaw

I would be checking the shear pin in the roll servo. It will still have enough friction to feel ok on the ground, but won't have enough to drive the ailerons in flight. Worth a try...

No sidetone when transmitting, sound like a robot on intercom

When you talk to you passenger on the intercom, do you have sidetone? Do you only not have sidetone on transmit?

    Altitude adjusment

During the two yearly check, the altitude of the EFIS is compared to the altitude on the pitot static test set. If it is incorrect, the ALTADJ in the EFIS setup menu is used to make them read the same. This also adjusts the gray code output to suit.

    Altitude adjusment

Sorry for the mix up with the manuals, I should have more thoroughly read your first post. Do you have a transponder in your plane that has the encoder connected to it? Encoders are calibrated to pressure altitude (referenced to 29.92 InHg or 1013.25Mb), not barometric altitude. Depending on...

    Altitude adjusment

Yes, this is on page 7-1 of the installation guide. I urge you to read the manual
