    914 Rotax EMS

You could load this & change the relevant sensor/data changes needed for the 914 https://forum.flydynon.com/threads/starting-setups-from-dynon-for-major-engine-types.11579/

    GPS not found

Maybe the antenna has been damaged due stress on where the 4 wires exit the base - I have seen that once. Could you 'borrow' another antenna to prove that theory ?

    ILS/RNAV

    Correct.

    ILS/RNAV

page 20 of the SL30 install manual will show you the serial connections (pins 3, 4 & 5) you need to the Dynon. You need to configure the SL for serial output or none ( not sure which however most likely - None) . Been a while since I’ve installed an SL 😉.

    oil pressure sensor signal loss

Ok, a suggestion- check the female pin in the EMS D37 is not retracted & redo the solder joints. Are they solder sleeve type or just plain soldered ?

    I’ve sent you a PM.

    37-pin Split Cable

I've been using the 5 x 25way 'Hubs' that were available from Maker Plane - except for pwr/gnd & USB cable each screen connects to the hub separately with other inputs/outputs going to various devices. I find this is much simpler & easier for troubleshooting with a multimeter.

Flaps Overspeed warning on G forces

Without any 'sensor' involved you can't do that, unlike Flap Overspeed which has a sensor (potentiometer) that gives a position change (depending on configuration) which then enables the 'Overspeed' warning.

    GPS signal loss

Same as your other post - Other than a 'box' issue the easiest checks are for an intermittent connection. Are there any butt splices or spade connectors involved ? I'd also spray the connections with contact cleaner.

Tach connection cover: What can I use to cover the Tach drive on a Lycoming O-320 (since with Dynon we don't use it)?

They are usually available for your favourite aviation supply store - unless it's on back-order like a few things nowadays  Would you believe a USA friend told me he could not get the copper spark plug washers from his store & another guy here said he was unable to get Lyc valve...

    Dynon NAV/COMM???

Carl, I hear you however you know Dynon, & most smart businesses, don't 'announce' anything until it really is at least close to being on the market. Too many 'red faces' & vapour ware situations in the past for them to fall into that trap.;) In our country NDB's have almost disappeared & the...

    Pitot Heat

Akash - IF the ‘fault sense’ wire is connected then the setup is in the install manual - if you don’t understand the manual then I’d be happy to give more info.

    Dynon NAV/COMM???

I hear you Carl, my ‘Apollo’ (UPS AT) ‘stack’ was the first flying here, excellent equipment & I still have my SL30 & MX20. The rest I sold earlier & the GX60 was last to go ( display/chipset manufacturer stopped supplying them for whatever reason) . IMO the big G bought the Apollo line to kill...

Swap HDX Left / Right Knob Functions?

The Map knob goes with the map screen depending which side it’s on.

D180 Altimeter seems to be out of calibration

There are components that need to warm up - what you’re seeing is normal if it settles down later. The manual advises about this.

    EMS MODULE

I think what Raymo meant to include is that 12v regulated OUT (if input is 12-24 volt) is on pin # 15, & 5 volt OUT is pin # 18 as per the manual. So Akash408, you are correct but only if you use the #15 (12vlt) & # 18 (5vlt) pins.

    Compass Calibration - Help please

Ok, so you have done the ground cal & it says "Already have data for NORTH EAST SOUTH & WEST". Do the inflight Cal a GKC suggests - FWIW I'm never satisfied unless the 'counter' hits at least 125 despite the manual suggesting lower than that is okay. Try not to be too accurate with your turns...

    D100 - AP74 - AVMAP 4

Try also Static Navigation= ON, External NMEA=ON (default is OFF), & BOD. Page 91 of the Avmap manual gives info re GPS fix & page 51 gives info re current status of available satellites - if that's all good then I'd also make sure the 2.5mm output cable is fully plugged in & that its also not...
