Dynon Support, Thank you for responding. After I hold button 7 and 8 down to enter the setup menu, the line indicating that a usb flash drive is present is greyed out.  The load files menu is not active. Jay Martin

AIEEEEE!  Is it true that the drives must be USB 2.0? Jay Martin :'(

Thanks for the reply. The drives are FAT32, and the Seattle Avionics data and the updates from Dynon seem to be on the drive. But the Dynon does not recognize the drive. Any other ideas?

I purchased two 32 GB Mushkin Flash Drives for updating and Seattle Avionics Charts.  Unfortunately, neither of the drives are recognized by my Skyview.  I tried reformatting one of the drives and reinstalling the data and updates, but still no joy. Any ideas?  What format type is Skyview...
