There was recent discussion on this, a simple search would have found more info for you. The greatest pain, IMO, is some people ask for a resolution of their issues however don’t give feedback which could or would be of tremendous help to others.

I take it that you have checked the Txpdr & serial port settings & the pins & sockets? Did the gentle pull test for those too to confirm they are properly seated/ locked in place ? “ lost radar contact completely” is what prompted my input. ;)
