One of the more recent software upgrades you added the airspace indicator on the right side of the Skyview screen about in the middle, that indicates how close you are to airspace and whether above/below etc... Can you modify this code to allow the user to move that info box to another location...

That's confirmed - the G5 will only accept IFR guidance from Garmin's GAD29 ARINC interface, you cannot connect to Dynon (or presumably any other) ARINC device.

I am having a similar issue, I suspect the software I have on my Garmin is too old to handle this task and needs to be updated. Can anyone tell me what version of software is needed for the 430W to feed data to the ARINC and then to the Skyview?

That much is clear - but that requires the TX from the 430W to the RX on the ARINC429. I'm talking about the TX from the 429 back to the RX on the 430 - are those required? Is there any data passing BACK to the 430 from the ARINC? I ask because the 429 has dual TX pins on A and B that are...

Or if you've got a battery backup on the display you wish to be "Master" you simply power it up first on battery backup by pressing the first button, then when it's up and booted you bring your other display online by enabling the power to the displays.

It would be exceedingly difficult, I would think, to pick this up in realtime while excluding factors like throttle, mixture and rpm changes, or airspeed changes (climbs/descents) that change the cooling airflow on the cylinders.
