I tried getting the battery "started" with the keep alive line half a dozen times - with no success. I will try going to Release 3 and try again, but it may be a week or so before I get the opportunity... something about work getting in the way. LR

My error, I knew the unit should have been left on! :-[ However, I tried again over night with the unit turned on, still no charge. I will try putting power on the the keep alive pin, but even if that works, it will not resolve the problem of normal charging. LR

This was probably asked before but could not find it... Is there any reason to not power up the D100 (or D120 for that matter) without cables/probes attached in order to learn the screens etc.? Of course I realize nothing will work in this situation. Thanks LR
