    Skyview Power Requirements

    The latest installation manual calls for a 5 amp fuse or circuit breaker per display. That runs the display, EMS, GPS and ADAHARs unit. The xponder has it's own fuse or circuit breaker. I don't have the amp size handy at the moment. Ivan

    In the latest version of the insallation manual it states on page 7-3 that the power, ground and TX wires need to be connected to both displays, but the RX to only one display. However, in figure 45 on page 7-3 it shows the RX connected to both displays. Am I missing something or is this a typo?

      I am installing dual 10"screens and want to know what is the best way of wiring the serial devices in parallel? With a D-sub on each SV harness do I build a small jumper harness to connect to both units and T out to devices. What are others doing?  Thanks in advance!

    I understand the simple 2 wire encoder connection from the FD180 to the GTX327. But my question is; does it matter if I use RS-232 IN (1) or (2)?
