If the servos are grayed out in the configuration you will need the Dynon tech on the phone. Just went through this on a brand new install. Fixed the problem in about ten minutes of furious button pushing. Good luck.

And what airguy said. Even one strand that is errant can cause problems

On my Mooney certified install the 25K resistor called for in the install options created a short in the disconnect switch. You can set the options if you install this resistor or not.

I used an Avidyne 240. They are made by PS Engineering packed with features

I have just finished installing the Dynon Autopilot in my M20J. In flight test now. Very excited and Dynon Tech has been very helpful over the past 2 weeks.

Well today was the big day. The Dynon autopilot is now approved for Mooney J/K. Mine shipped today. Been a long wait.
