I have dual Dynon Classics, with Winds Aloft and X Wind shown in the bottom left. It almost always shows 99 for both the magnitude of the wind and the cross wind component (see attached picture). Is this a compass calibration issue? Or is something else causing the problem? Thanks in advance.

Another follow-up on this. Just want to thank Dynon and their customer support team. Just top notch. Upon learning of the problem, Dynon promptly provided an RMA, and the repaired the screen and sent it back--all within just 1 week! Super impressive. Thank you Dynon.
