    In Canada my avionic shop will not certify the transponder/altimeter/encoder test because we have the Dynon encoder and it is not a certified instrument. I see Dynon has a compliance statement for the FAA, does anyone have anything like that for TC? or any other work-around?

    as a follow up I by-passed the flow controler, disconnected the return transducer and just ran the fwd transducer direct to the D120 and it worked. I guess I have to try Matronics next.
