The ONLY reason to go to 5.0.0 is the new D100 is the only component not at 5.0.0. and until the failure of the D100, the system was working fine. At this stage, it is more important to have a working setup and I think this is best achieved by "playing" with the minimum number of components...

Dave Thanks ... now any idea for the installation instructions? I want to just do the D100 first as I know the rest of the bits are working and don't want the hassle of upgrade problems etc (see lots of other posts) This way I just have to diagnose one thing. Shaun

Gents I have a new plane with D100, D180 and HS34 in which the D100 has died. I have replaced it with a spare (new) D100 but the software rev needs to be 5.0.0 for system communication to work (the DSUB). At this stage I want to upgrade just the D100 until everything is again working. Later...
