If you review the most current revision of the manual, the guide ring is unchanged from previous versions. It does not account for terrain. The manual for emergency glide states that terrain and wind conditions are part of the calculations for determining a suitable airport.

I used a capstan for my rudder. The wiring is identical to the other servos, Black-ground, Red-power, yellow-disconnect. The others go to the Skyview network connector. In the set up you will identify the servo with rudder inputs, left and right.

I installed blue strip LED's with a dimmer. The only problem I have experienced is that the lights go out when I key the x-mitter. I'm sure there is some way to fix that but I haven't found it that annoying.

I flew today and verified that my IPad connected without incident and that the Dynons were ready to receive download data from my IPad. Since my USB's were up to date obviously there was no data to transfer.
