    EGT labels

I'm pretty sure you can set it up with the labels you want in the 50% page, depending on which widgets you choose. In the bottom band display I've not seen it, probably due to space limitations, and there would be a confusing amount of numbers.

You can also go to Setup > Local Display Setup > GPS Fix Status and see its status, even if it doesn't have satellites

    760 Transceiver fail

Get someone to SWR check your antenna from the transceiver end (so coax and antenna together) If your SWR is way out, it will damage the radio. Most modern radios have protection built in, I don't know if the 760 does or not. I know with the older radios, if you transmitted into very high SWR...

    sv-bat-320 unavailable

I have had one of the little black 3 wire connectors for the backup battery fail before. By disconnecting/reconnecting and wiggling, I could get the fault to appear and disappear.

D180 After repair, OAT NOT FOUND

That's for the three wire OAT probe. The two wire is connected to the EFIS, not the magnetometer

D180 After repair, OAT NOT FOUND

With the 2 wire probe, one lead will be to ground, and the other to one of your GP Inputs on the DB37 connector of the EFIS. Since you measured through the probe from the connector, have a look at what pin number the OAT wire is going to (4, 22 or 23), and see which GP input that corresponds to...

Kavlico pressure sensors reading ~130 psi with zero psi

You didn't mention what engine you are installing to (Rotax, Lycoming, etc) I've not seen any mention of a resistor on those wires for these sensors. Pin 7 is oil temperature, not pressure.

    Compass 180 deg off

Mirrored means it is working correctly, just 180 degrees out, like looking in a mirror. Have a look in setup, and make sure the magnetometer is seen in the device list, and online. The ADAHRS module also has an internal magnetometer, which can be reverted to if the MAG-236 magnetometer is not...

    Aileron Position Indicator Stuck

I had this exact thing on a customers RV-6 a while ago. Trim indicator stuck full one way, but trim operation was fine. It was a broken wire at the trim actuator, one of the position sense wires. It was broken where the builder had put a plastic connector in to enable removal, behind the wingtip.

Loud squeal on Push to Talk

Because the squeal is being transmitted, and you can hear it in your sidetone, it is obviously on your mic audio line. This won't be anything anything to do with antenna connections. Personally, I would check the shield grounds of the shielded wires, especially the mic hi and lo wires. I would...

    Intercom, Radio panel, Transceiver.

If you have power and ground to the units (both the remote transceiver and the control head, then you will get something on the radio screen regardless of network connections. Sounds like you did a force network load, which just reloads the software for each unit from the Skyview. Even if this...

ILS Glide Slope is alive but no change

I'll preface by saying I haven't had anything to do with the Bob Archer antennas. The paperwork says they are a VOR antenna, horizontally polarized. Assume that your coax from the nav antenna goes to a diplexer (not a splitter) to separate the NAV and GS into the two BNC inputs on the GNS430...

OIL TEMP ERRATIC AND READS HIGH

Did you set your connected sensor up as type 3 on the GP contact you connected it to? The GRT sensor has different resistance values to the original Dynon one. You are correct about the black wire being ground. I would run it back to one of the EIS grounds.
