actually, I figured out how to install them late last night. I restarted in safe mode, and they installed no problem. No idea what the conflict was with, but they went in, and now are port 3.

seriously - how do I run this software!??  I drove across town to work where I have a tray loading computer.  Put the mini CD in, and found the serial to usb folder, emailed that back home, drove back home and tried to run it - same exact error message. WTF??? I am blocked from using this...

I just got the usb to serial cable from dynon in the mail. Unfortunately, the driver disk is a small cd, and I cannot use it in my slot loading imac (running windows xp). Where can I download this software? I looked in the download area of support, but did not see anything that said usb to serial!
