I have begun getting the error message periodically while flying: “Too many WiFi Devices”. I have the same iPhone and iPad I’ve been using for years. I can’t find anything in the manual or on the forums. Any ideas? BTW I have a three screen Skyview Classic system. Error is only on the PFD. I have WiFi adapters for all three screens.

Just a guess but try checking the IP address associated with each dongle and make sure there is not a duplicate.

IP addresses are not configurable. This setup has worked flawlessly since 2015…until now. BTW WiFi connection works just fine. It’s just the repeating, annoying alert message that’s the problem.

I have had this problem since upgrading to HDX. Dynon has a troubleshooting file that lets you see what devices are connected and the status. Email customer support with your problem and they should sent it to you.

I have seen this when 4 devices are connected to Skyview WiFi. If your iphone is on the same account as your ipad the network info is shared. So, if you have your tablet set to auto connect to Skyview, most likely your phone will do also. Unless you specifically tell your phone not to auto connect. I typically have my IFD and my tablet connected to Skyview. If i have a pax that also has a tablet, it will sometimes give random disconnects, but auto recovers.
