Bonjour,
about D120, firmware updated.
In a previous post, I asked the question about the best way (ergonomic) to connect 3 tanks (1big central, and 2 small in the wings). After the precise answer, I decided to use Fuel level specialised entry to connect the main tank, and 2 GP (GP2 and GP3, -I keep GP1 for OAT ) for the two small. That way seemed to be more easy to understand on the screens, even on main page or fuel page.
All electricals are finished now (great thing!) and I have my first glance on the D120, updated the firmware without any problem, and make the first settings.
How to say the 2d fuel level specialized entry is not in use ?
I had declared 3 tanks, but GP3 and GP4 seemed to be recgnized as tank 3 and 4, and there is still 2 hemicircular grapics display on main page. Where is my mistake ? Thank you.

So on the D180, tanks 3 and 4 are only available as INFO items that show up on the AUX page or in one of the two right hand INFO slots on the main page. You can assign them under: EMS > SETUP > GLOBAL > INFO ITEM CONFIG. They're also shown on the 1/3 screen fuel page. On the main page, tanks 1&2 are always shown as the half circular gauges.

Same for D120 ? So I didn't understand the previous answer in February( under). I hoped to see only main tank on main cluster, and the 2 small one on the aux page. May be with 0 as capacity for fl 2 ?

My Jodel have 3 tanks. All with resistive senders. Main is 110 L, 2 and 3 (left and right wings) are 40L each. What would be the best connecting choice ?
- 2 and 3 on GP buses, and only n° 1 to the specialized level connection ?
or
- main (n°1) on GP, 2 and 3 on level connection ?

Depends on your preferences:

The second option would show you your main tank on the main EMS cluster of instruments, which is what most D180 owners display most of the time. The other two would show up on the dedicated fuel page. The tradeoff here is it eats 2 GP inputs.

The second option gives you better visual symmetry on the EMS FUEL page, which can show all 3 gauges. But the main cluster of EMS gauges can only the 2 dedicated inputs, so you wouldn't see your main big tank there. On the other hand, you'd only use one GP inputs.

See http://dynonavionics.com/docs/D180_Feature_Pages.html to see what these different options look like.

F-PPRQ got it right. And yes, it is the same for the D120.
