37 pin femele EMS harness

On page 1-4 of the EMS D120 installation guide,we see the 37 pins femele EMS connector.
My question is: Is this view the front end or the back end of the connector :-/

Another question about the fuel flow sensor:

I have 3 wires comming from the 37 pin harness(red,black,yellow) and on the sensor there is 3 wires(red,black,white)Do i connect the matching colors with each other and do i connect the white with the yellow or is there another way to do it. this is not writen in the guide.

The text next to the D37 connector on page 1-4 says "pin insertion view" which is our way of saying "the back" or "the side that the wires come out from."

On the fuel flow sender, Red goes to red, black to black, white to yellow.

Also, the connectors themselves have little raised numbers next to every pinhole on the connector face. Though they might require a magnifying glass to see well, they're a good reference if you want to be sure.
