8 lower button changing

Not too techie here, but here goes. On last flight my co-pilot's 10 inch touch display would every once and a while change the functions of the 8 lower buttons all by it's self. It would go from the autopilot function showing to the lean function showing all by itself with no input from me (or anyone else).
Anyone see this before? Units purchased in Feb. 2016.

It's probably an issue with either the touch screen or possibly the physical buttons. Either way, we're going to want to see it here. To figure out which one it is, you can both make sure that the option to show touches on the screen is turned on, or alternatively disable touch all together if you're getting errant button presses.

Hello Support
Ran the touch test and failed every try on the first step. Failure due to not starting on the green dot message displayed. Tried the same test on the pilot display and passed all seven steps.
I purchased these units from ACS in Feb. 2015 and with a little flying weather left yet I would like to fly as is til the weather stops me and if that is OK I will get an RMA number at that time?

Yep, that works for us. You might want to disable touch in setup in case the hardware issue is causing an errant touch now and then.

I'll keep an eye on it and disable it if it becomes a problem. I might also have a problem with my only back up battery. I would think with 40 hrs. on the aircraft the BU battery would have been fully charged, but I tried once again to do the test required and found the battery at only 11.6 V. On Saturday I put a charger on (14.5V) the system and left the Skyview on for four hrs. and with the charger on the back up battery showed 12.25 V. When I turned off the master , the back up battery volts dropped to just under 12V. Due to bad weather I was not able to acquire a satellite fix and do the back up test. I will soon and report back.
Thanks Ron
