A friend, who does not monitor this site, and I fly RV-12s built as E-LSAs with Vans standard SkyView panels.  When he flies within my 15 nm ADS-B traffic radius, his airplane always presents two targets as shown in the screen photos.  The targets sometimes superimpose and at other times spread to the extent shown in image II.

No other targets on my display appear as doubles. Can this anomaly be solved?  I can provide his data logs for review.

A second issue is his inability to see N numbers on targets known to have ADS-B out.  Yes, the traffic setup has display registration numbers on.  Could that be related to the questionable ADS-B out with the double targets?

His versions:  Display 14.2.1.3698, ADS-B 1.1.0.52, Xpdr HW 22.03 FW 01.02 SW 02.04

I see the double targets on numerous occasions, as well. That is annoying, but doesn't bother me as much as when I get a sudden traffic alert *for myself*.

Those picture links aren't working, but you're running older transponder software that needs to be updated to talk properly to the latest version of the ADS-B system's software. To do that, make sure to use our installation manual at docs.dynonavionics.com for the full instructions, but the place to update is under SETUP MENU > TRANSPONDER SETUP > click right on the yellow line (which is the same one you copied down above, actually, where the versions are called out), then you'll see the instructions.
