The installation guide references a red LED on the unit. I don't actually seem to see one. Is thais a typo or do I need better lighting in my hangar?

You need better lighting There is an LED right next to the D9 connector, that does light up and flash when power is applied.

Installed power correctly and found LED. You are right I do need better hangar kights.
