ADS-B TX & WX on Garmin 696

Is there a way to connect the SV-470 with my panel mounted Garmin 696 to get TX & WX displayed on it?

There is not. Garmin uses a proprietary and encrypted format for ADS-B so there's no way for us to send data to it.
