Had a new experience today. Had my aircraft ghosting about 1 mile behind on the trip out, and about 1 mile in front on trip home. Before I have only had my own target show up just behind my location.  Any one else see this. Is this a FAA issue or Skyview

Saw the same today near Tyler, TX for about 100 miles. Both ways during round trip from Austin area to Arkansas.

Also saw other targets being duplicated in the same area. Either that or there were a lot of formation flights of 2.

Sounds like ADS-B in the TX area is acting up. We've seen this before and it's always been an FAA issue.

We'll contact them, but it would help if you also wrote to adsb@faa.gov with your experience.

I also experienced the ghosting from Western Louisiana (Alexandria) into East Texas (Cedar Creek) yesterday afternoon. I saw myself as traffic about 1 mile north of my position and on a few occasions I saw other traffic was duplicated, looking like two aircraft in formation.
Ill send a note to FAA also...

Thanks for everyone's input. We've sent it all to the FAA and there definitely is something up with the radar in that region, which they are looking into. It is not a Dynon issue.
