Tried to open airmate data manager. Manager launches and I get a Can Not Connect To Server message. I verified my account is current. Emailed airmate and have yet to hear back.

I'm on my 3rd day of trying to write the airmate data to USB. The manager launches and connects, but it's slower than molases to write SD cards. I'm considering going back to SA, but they don't have all the coverage that I need.

I had this same issue. The cause was slow internet speed. I did an internet speed test and noticed that the speed was much slower than what I was paying for. Called Spectrum and told them that I suspected the cable modem to be causing slow speed downloads. They came to the house. Tested the cable speed coming into the house and it was good, but from the cable modem to the router it was extremely slow. Replaced the cable modem and the Airmate data to USB issue was resolved.

With all that said, I do think that Airmate has an issue because even though it states that the data is ready to move to a USB key, I do not think that the data is actually complete and on your computer. If it was complete, then the internet speed would not be an issue.

It's not internet speed in my case. It's the write speed to the USB.
That is what I thought, but as I stated in my reply, I do not think that all the data is actually loaded into your computer and ready to transfer to the USB key. Also make sure that you clear the cache. Once you clear the cache, you will need to start loading the data from the Airmate website again using their program.
