Airspaces missing since upgrade to 13.0

Good Morning,

This weekend I updated my avionics Skyview to 13.0 and Garmin GNT650 to V5.

The problem i am having is my Skyview map does not display any airspaces any more. I use Jeppesen Africa, since i am in South Africa, and my jeppesen is old since things here don't change often.

Can anyone help me to see the Airspaces again on the map?

Screenshots are the most helpful means of assisting us in troubleshooting problems - insert a USB flash drive and push buttons 2+7 and an image of the screen is saved onto the USB flash drive.

The format of aviation / obstacle databases changed between v6.2 and v7.0. An older database should work (with reduced resolution and features) with newer versions of SkyView firmware.

We suggest you either re-load the Jeppesen database that you previously purchased, or purchase a current Jeppesen database and load that database.
